Going to the spa is one of my favorite activities, mostly because it’s takes no energy at all – in fact, it’s supposed to give you energy. I’ll try almost any treatment except leech therapy (though Demi Moore did it in Austria and apparently liked it). I’m a full believer in the old-fashioned spa cures of Central Europe, Germany and Italy and France and this is where my vacation dollars go.
